Proposed tariff amendment

MWSC adopted a new tariff effective 1 March 2024. The tariff is accessible on the MWSC web site under the Resources tab. There are now three proposed amendments to that tariff. There will NOT be a vote on adopting any amendments until there is a Third Reading, as described by the tariff amendment procedure. The board meeting to be held on 20 June 2024 is the First Reading.

The proposed amendments are:

1. A change in the service call rate for weekends and holidays.

2. A change in the service termination date.

3. Adding penalties for a water meter cut lock
